Shanghai Shengqi Packaging Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004. We provide customized automatic weighing and packaging production lines for powder, granule, solid and liquid materials. The integrated packaging system covers feeding, precise weighing & dosing, filling, bag forming, sealing, coding, online checking, cartoning and robotic palletizing. Our packaging lines are widely used in pharmaceutical, food, veterinary, new energy materials and fine chemical industries. Sanitary stainless steel construction (304/316L optional) and CE certification are available for global customers. We deliver turnkey automation projects to help factories cut labor costs and realize unmanned packaging production.

Shengqi weighing packaging production line is a fully integrated turnkey system. We match suitable weighing units: multi-head combination weigher, linear weigher, screw dosing weigher or liquid weighing filler according to material characteristics.

The whole workflow includes raw material conveying, quantitative weighing, packaging, heat sealing, weight inspection, rejection of unqualified products, cartoning and robotic palletizing. Controlled by PLC with multi-language touch screen. Operators can switch production recipes quickly.

The line supports various packages: stand-up pouches, vacuum bags, bottles, barrels, woven bags and jumbo bags for different weighing ranges.

Q1: Can one production line handle both powder and granules?

A: Yes. You only need to replace the dosing module. Multi-head weigher for granules and screw weigher for powder.

Q2: Is CE certification available for export to Europe?

A: Yes. Shanghai Shengqi can apply CE certification for the complete packaging line.

Q3: What is the weighing accuracy?

A: ±0.2%~±0.5% for common granules; fine powder can reach ±0.1% after optimization.

Q4: Can you design the layout according to our factory drawing?

A: Absolutely. Our engineering team designs straight-line, L-shape or U-shape layout to maximize plant space utilization.
