On January 21, SOHO Tianhong held its 2024 Annual Summary and Awards Conference, aligning closely with the economic priorities set by central and provincial authorities as well as the 2025 strategic roadmap of SOHO Holdings Group. The meeting provided a comprehensive review of the company’s 2024 performance, evaluated the evolving market landscape, and clarified key tasks for 2025, with a strong focus on winning the decisive phase of transformation and achieving high-quality growth.

Throughout 2024, guided by SOHO Holdings Group, SOHO Tianhong adhered to a problem-solving mindset and pushed forward five major initiatives: strategic alignment, organizational restructuring, system development, talent cultivation, and strengthened execution. These coordinated efforts led to noticeable improvements in innovation capability, structural optimization, and operational performance, reinforcing the company’s development momentum.

For 2025, SOHO Tianhong plans to advance several core priorities. First, it will continue to reinforce Party leadership by deepening theoretical learning, promoting the integration of Party-building with industrial development—using “Party chains” to strengthen “industrial chains”—and enhancing discipline and integrity across the organization.

Second, the company will intensify reform and digital transformation efforts. This includes rolling out a “Management Enhancement Year,” upgrading intelligent financial supervision and risk control systems, improving asset efficiency, and refining performance-based evaluation and incentive mechanisms.

Third, SOHO Tianhong will accelerate business development by capitalizing on national policies supporting equipment upgrades and vehicle trade-in programs. The company aims to expand partnerships in new energy vehicles (NEVs) and domestic brands, strengthen its international presence through service platforms, grow its used-car and leasing businesses, and further develop a comprehensive automotive ecosystem.

During the conference, outstanding teams and individuals were recognized for their contributions in 2024. Company leadership emphasized that the focus for 2025 should center on three key areas: enhancing operational efficiency with a strong profitability focus, actively seizing policy-driven opportunities, and maximizing asset utilization—while maintaining a balance between safety, scale, and sustainable development.
