Deodorant Sticks: Why Product Can Remain at the End of Travelc'j
看看A twist-up deodorant can reach its normal travel limit before every trace of product is accessible for application. The filled amount, the amount exposed during use and the amount left in the package describe different things. Remaining product is a reason to examine the finished design, not immediate proof of underfilling or a faulty formula.
Follow the actual moving platform
Identify how the selected package raises and supports its stick. Plastek's published container information, for example, distinguishes push-up designs from screw-driven propel/repel designs. That variety is an external example; it does not establish the mechanism inside a particular Sambound package.
At the normal end position, compare the application opening with the remaining product and its support. Material may remain around retaining features or in areas the normal application surface cannot reach. Its location depends on the design and how the stick was filled and used; do not assume every package traps product below an identical platform.

Separate a normal endpoint from abnormal operation
Check whether the platform reaches its intended position smoothly or stops early, slips or moves without advancing the product. Those behaviors require a different investigation from an assembly that completes its specified travel. Do not force the base past its stop to demonstrate extra usable content.
Formula adhesion, deformation or breakage can also change what remains accessible. Inspect the product and mechanism together before assigning the difference to a clearance, screw or material. Reducing every gap is not a general solution: moving components still need a suitable fit and reliable operation.
Measure the loss under a defined use method
For a development comparison, use a recorded fill and a repeatable application routine with a defined stopping point. Identify remaining material by location on appropriate endpoint samples. Keep destructive examination separate from the normal-use result; product recovered by taking a package apart is not automatically normally usable product.
Compare candidate designs with the intended formula and filling process. Report measured residue and operating behavior for those samples, rather than a universal waste percentage. A lighter leftover amount is useful only alongside an acceptable stick hold and application experience.
Sambound's empty packaging information at sambound.com provides a starting point for model selection. The selected mechanism, fill and sample results should support any statement about usable content. No general company profile proves complete evacuation or a particular reduction in residue.
