The production of pesticide suspension (SC), dispersible oil suspension (OD), water dispersible granule (WDG) and other dosage forms is directly determined by the grinding process, which determines the fineness, suspension rate, storage stability and efficacy of the product. 1、 Inline dispersing system-low viscosity IDS - dust-free feeding, source disaggregation

Pesticide raw materials and fillers are mostly in powder form, and manual feeding results in large dust and slow wetting. Rucca IDS adopts vacuum negative pressure sealed powder suction, and the powder is transported in a closed manner throughout the process, resulting in zero dust in the workshop; The powder is instantly sheared, dispersed, and soaked upon entering the cavity, eliminating "fish eyes" and secondary agglomeration from the source. When used in conjunction with a sand mill, the number of grinding passes in the later stage can be reduced by 30% -50%.

2、 DF-High efficiency disk horizontal bead mill - series classification, stable fineness

The DF series adopts a pin type high-energy density structure, which can stably grind the suspension slurry to below 5 μ m, with narrow particle size distribution and good batch consistency. For large-scale mass production, it is recommended to use a graded grinding scheme with 2 or more units connected in series: the first stage coarse grinding disperses large particles, and the second stage fine grinding controls the final fineness. After clear division of labor, the overall production capacity of the line is doubled.

3、 Internal and external dual cooling system - temperature can be controlled throughout the entire process

The active ingredients of pesticides are generally sensitive to temperature, and uncontrolled grinding temperature can lead to degradation of the active ingredients. The DF series is equipped with an internal and external dual cooling system, with dual channel heat exchange between the outer wall of the grinding chamber and the inner rotor. Tested on the DF100 production line of Yancheng Limin Agrochemical: The suspension agent is continuously ground and the temperature is controlled within 28 degrees throughout the entire process.
