Why 1-piece prototyping works for zirconia

Zirconia — often called "ceramic steel" — is shaped through dry pressing, degreasing and pre-sintering, sintering to full density, then precision milling and surface polishing. Because every stage is in-house, a single shell can be pressed and finished as a sample for fit, colour, gloss and dimensional checks.
