Wuxi Yijianuo Precision Automation Technology Co., Ltd. provides the YJN-GS180 Dual-Station CO₂ Laser Engraving Machine, a large-format laser engraving solution developed for yoga mats and cushions. The machine features a 2100 × 2100 mm workbench for conventional TPE products and supports two pieces at one time through its dual-station configuration.

The YJN-GS180 combines a 180W Chenruida metal laser tube with a 55mm high-speed galvanometer motor and a three-axis dynamic linear motor with drive card. Intelligent one-click filling and optimized path functions support efficient engraving operation, while manual station exchange enables continuous double-station processing for batch requirements.

With a 2000 × 2000 mm marking range, 0.005 mm repeated positioning accuracy and an idle running speed of 10000 mm/s, the machine is configured for large-format engraving applications. A high-precision thermostatic water cooling system with compressor cooling supports equipment operation. The whole machine has a maximum power of 3 kW, requires 220VAC / 25A / 50Hz power and has a total mass of 600 kg.
